Coláiste Éamonn Rís, Wexford was awarded, for the 5th time, the Cycle Against Suicide Schools Ambassador Award for 2018. Fionn Roche and Nathan Barron, 6th years, alongside Ms Ivers, the link teacher, accepted the award on behalf of the school in King's Inns, Dublin on 12th September 2018. Over the last year, the school completed the 5 gears set out by Cycle Against Suicide. These gears help to support and promote positive mental health. The gears include: 1. Mental Health Education, 2. Project Work, 3. Community Engagement, 4. Schools Go Orange and 5. Get Active. Coláiste Éamonn Rís is proud to engage in a programme that aims to build resilience and support our young leaders of the future
